Hello and thank you for your kind words! This is my cousin Jessie from a series of portraits of friends and family I did for a 2011 Calendar (which was surprise Christmas gift to them all). Check out my RedBubble for the full story and to see all the other pieces in this series. This was a lot of fun, I will probably make more of such portraits.

Dryad ACEO #15
Completed on April 17th. First one of my blossoming dryads ACEOs. I feel like I want to start over on this one and change some of my decisions though… for an alternate version, not necessary because I not satisfied with this one.
Markers and pencil on 2.5x3.5 inch bristol paper.
FLORENT VERE
It appears that 2011 & 2012 will be known as my dryad phase. I am enjoying drawing these too much to stop anytime soon. Here’s an ink drawing I did back in September of 2011 that I have been working on and off on coloring for a couple of months now.. and I think I might finally be done!
Staedtler pens on paper. Colored in Photoshop.
Available on RedBubble.
Dryad ACEO #13
Completed on April 7th… although I am still considering adding something to the background…?
Markers and pencil on 2.5x3.5 inch Bristol paper.
Dryad ACEO #12
Should I work on this some more, or am I done?
Markers and pencil on 2.5x3.5 inch bristol paper.
Daenerys Targaryen ACEO [process]
Here’s my first ACEO of something other than a dryad. Since I ended up scanning it in various stages of completion, I also decided to make my first animated GIF. I gotto say that the card looks much better in real life. Scanner couldn’t really capture all the tones. I am not entirely happy with capturing Emilia Clarke’s likeness. I will probably draw another one.
